Directions
Traditional Matcha: Add 1/2 tsp of matcha powder to a bowl or cup. Pour in a small amount of hot water (75–80°C) and whisk until smooth with no clumps remaining. Add approximately 2/3 cup more hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy. Serve immediately.

Matcha Latte: Add 1 tsp of matcha powder to a cup with 1/4 cup hot water (75–80°C). Whisk until smooth and frothy, then top with steamed milk of choice. Sweeten with honey, agave, or sugar if desired.

Additional Uses: Matcha can also be added to smoothies, protein shakes, baking recipes, desserts, and specialty drinks for an antioxidant-rich boost.
